The Griffin Group was founded by Jake Griffin in 2019 after over a decade of successful Nashville real estate transactions. With his client’s best interest in mind, Jake realized he needed to expand the business and grow with the city he loves.

Julianne played basketball at Belmont University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing which she used in the fashion industry in New York and Italy for many years. She eventually found her way back home to Nashville in 2018 where she now resides with her husband and two children, Lukas and Collins, and golden doodle in Brentwood.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Chandler worked in the travel industry for three years, providing incentive travel for her corporate clients. She is a member of the Junior League of Nashville and enjoys Pilates, traveling, and cheering on the Crimson Tide.

Valerie graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked professionally as a Kindergarten teacher in the 12 South area for five years, but has started to move her career in a new direction. She, her husband, Will, and baby, Wills, live in Brentwood and enjoy spending time with friends, family, and cheering on the Vols, Titans, and Preds.

Her journey through various parts of the city deepened her appreciation for Nashville's diverse communities. Today, Sydney resides in an old house barn in Whites Creek, TN, where she shares her property with her horse, donkey, dog, and cat.
