In 2010, when the market was at its all-time low and others were running from the real estate industry, Jake saw the rebirth of Nashville’s older neighborhoods and new developments in the city as an inspiration. He decided to leave the banking industry and transition into real estate where he found his true passion. Jake takes great pride in having learned the business during these transformative years for Nashville and understands what it takes to get the deal done even in uncertain times. He stays very well connected and readily adapts to the fast-paced market.

Jake and his wife, Allison, live in 12th South with their three children, Olivia, William, and Annie Moon. Although real estate is a 24/7 job, Jake still finds time to enjoy the city where he was born and raised. He enjoys playing golf, fishing, and cheering on the Titans, Preds, and his Ole Miss Rebels.
